Why did I draw this? I have projects due this week, dammit!

So, yeah. As before, I've neglected my dA account these past few weeks for several different college-related reasons that will sound more like excuses than anything else. So, to allay you all the need to roll your eyes again, I'll skip the drama and just present you with what probably is my most negative comic ever.

Okay, what you see before you is a comic that was heavily inspired by a scene from the first chapter of another fanfic I'm currently reading called A Dash of Apple. It was written by Lycan_01 and as you can probably tell, it's another AppleDash story.

I just love this pairing, okay! It's friggin' adorable!

I mean, look at this and tell me this isn't cute! Tell me!

Anyways, this comic is almost an exact recounting of the scene in question except for the fact that Rainbow Dash was supposed to be lying on the ground and that her and AJ should have both been making out Spidey style (upside-down, if you're curious as to what I meant). I just thought that the main joke would get overshadowed by those extra confusing elements and that anyone viewing the comic would need some further context to just understand it which is a no-no when it comes to making comic strips. Simplifying it was the obvious way to go.

Also, I seem to be basing some of my latest drawings on fanfics now. I'm not sure how to feel about that so I'll just keep trucking on and I'll see what the future holds for me. Though, come to think of it, the primary reason I made this comic in the first place is because I've been picturing the scenario in my head for the past few days and it was too funny to let be. I had to draw it and share it with you guys so here it is.

Now, reluctantly, I must return to my work.

College is butts, I tell ya. Big, smelly butts.
